Finding the perfect venue can be a struggle at times. You have to factor in so many competing priorities, like location, decor, availability, food, beverages, and much more. But, when you finally come across the right place, your event has the potential to feel like magic. Let our showroom in Ontario, Ca. be the key to your magical event.

The Showroom

This venue has two spacious rooms equipped to bring your next event to another level. The showroom location is stocked with ten 60-inch round tables and up to 100 chairs for you to arrange depending on the type of event you are hosting and your specific needs. Two food buffet tables are also available to be used at your convenience. Although black, ivory and white tablecloths are included in the rental, you have the option to upgrade and select different linens.

Spectacular crystal votive centerpieces have already been made to adorn the tables. These centerpieces are placed on top of mirror bases that are decorated with lights. No need to worry about how to cover an exposed ceiling either. Ceiling and wall draping is already included in the venue rental. Use the wall twinkle lights (also included) instead of overly bright lighting to add a sense of wonder to your event.

These touches not only beautify the place, but they transform your event location into a magical escape. And with approximately 3800 square feet, there is plenty of space to dine, lounge, and dance the night away with all your guests.

Speaking of dancing, a DJ table and a 6-foot bar with draping are part of the price of the showroom rental. Guests are allowed to stay in the place until 1 AM at this event location, which gives you a total of 5 partying hours. However, vendors are allowed to set-up an hour prior to the event.

Optional Packages

Everyone wants to feel like a star on their special day, and it just got easier to make that happen. Whether you are hosting a baby shower, bridal reception, or any other important milestone in life, make the guest of honor feel like a total rock star by upgrading them to some VIP treatment. Have them sit in a throne chair for the evening. Design a sectioned off private area where only specific guests are allowed. Include several pieces of lounge furniture in that VIP section to recreate an exclusive atmosphere. Lounge furniture includes cocktail tables and your choice of linen colors.

You can also create a custom banner backdrop and draping to make your event or guest of honor stand out. There is also the option of having a customized number table that has large birthday numbers on a glass table-top.

And of course, no event is complete without the proper food and beverages to bring it all together. As it stands now, you are not obligated to use the readily available catering services. As a vendor, you would be allowed to bring in outside food and/or alcoholic beverages. However, this does require a fee.

If you do decide to use the in-house catering, know that you have a variety of choices available to you. You can create a customized dinner course with the provided menus, including appetizers. Typically, appetizers consist of a fruit tray, cheese, and crackers, but hot appetizers can also be part of the package.

Have a sweet tooth? Then make sure to add a dessert or candy station. The savory display will have your guest’s mouths watering with childish delight.

Drinks

Signature drinks are another must nowadays when hosting events. It seems a party isn’t complete without one. For obvious reasons, signature drinks are an opportunity for the host to let their personality shine. And, it gives the event an extra personal touch. All drinks provided are Vodka based, and the optional package includes framed signage, as well as ice, cups, and napkins. Now for the adult in you, take advantage and add a champagne toast to your festivities- glasses are also included.

Depending on the type of event you’re creating and the final guest list, you may want to consider having an open bar instead. In this case, all alcohol would be provided by Stephanie Wiltz Events for a reasonable fee. Please keep in mind, however, that for any event providing alcohol to more than 100 guests, security is required. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.

To move forward with your event a 50% deposit is required to secure the date with a signed contract. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
